Excitement as event is well supported:
A group of 'Ambassadors for the Poor' were thrilled recently as their fund raising event exceeded their expectations. The Group from Port Seton in East Lothian, Scotland really enjoyed their day as they served coffee and sold craft items to the public, who came in considerable numbers to support the event.

Busy Community Centre:
The group hired a large room in the local community centre and set up their stalls and laid out tables there. Some sold crafts they had made themselves and others catered for the visiting shoppers with tea, coffee and an array of delicious cakes and biscuits. "Everyone had a lovely time and went home feeling like their hard work would make a difference to someone". A Mission International display was set up to help answer questions and give more information to interested visitors.
